About Me
I grew up on a cattle ranch in southern Alberta, Canada where land meant legacy, hard work, and doing right by your family. That perspective has shaped everything I do.
For over 18 years, I’ve helped Utah landowners navigate zoning, annexation, family trust sales, and developer negotiations. I’ve worked with some of the biggest developers and builders in the country - but my priority is always the landowner.
